We’re excited to bring you the Yue45, a powerful pack, and in addition to our long-standing love of using UHMWPE grid fibers and XPAC composite fabrics, this time we’ve used a solid aluminum alloy frame to increase its weight capacity.
Our ambition was to make a pack that was light enough to carry you around, but didn’t sacrifice any functionality and had a strong suspension system, and so the Yue45 was built to do just that. It can accompany you in any outdoor activity, thanks to the use of textile fibers made with polymer technology and an aluminum suspension that can be adjusted to the length of the torso.
The Yue45 strikes a balance between comfort, load capacity, durability and lightness. You’d be hard pressed to find a pack that weighs only 1100g/2.4lbs but has a comfortable load capacity of over 20kg/44lbs.

Comfort-based design
In our long experience with most ultralight packs, one of the things we dislike about most ultralight packs is that they either don’t fit the body well enough or they breathe very poorly. Being stuffy can lead to rapid dehydration, so you have to carry more water, which means more weight.
We’ve designed a back system that fits snugly, but retains a fair amount of ventilation and doesn’t leave you with a stuffy back
The one-piece aluminum frame transfers weight directly to the waistbelt rather than through soft links. Improves the stability of the pack.
RAS™ Suspension System
We’ve shifted the way we think about backpack design, where we used to design a backpack and then choose what kind of suspension system to use with that backpack.
Through our understanding of the automotive industry, we realized that the building of a new car starts with the chassis.
Now we are focusing on the suspension, hence the RAS suspension system. It is a lightweight, full-featured backpack suspension system with a light self-weight and a high load capacity, as well as adjustable torso length and waist belt size.
This backpacking system will give rise to different functional backpacks.
