Production Time
Most sleeping bags are made to order. Standard manufacturing time is 3-7 business days; special sizes or models may require more time.
Pre-Shipment Processing
After production, your order moves through local logistics to international carrier warehouses. This usually takes another 3-5 business days before export.
EU Shipping
EU orders ship via a European warehouse. Average transit time, including customs and delivery, is 2-3 weeks. No import taxes or duties apply to EU customers.
Shipping Options
Priority: 5-10 business days for Europe and the Americas after handling. ECONOMIC: typically 8-18 business days, depending on country.
Shipping Cost
Most product prices include ECONOMIC shipping by default. Free shipping is automatically applied to orders over $90 USD.
Tracking & Carriers
Shipments are trackable. Final delivery may be handled by carriers such as USPS, Royal Mail, Japan Post, SAGAWA, La Poste, DHL, DPD, PostNL, Canada Post or regional partners.
Import duties, if applicable outside the EU, are the buyer's responsibility. Priority shipping may not be available for FedEx-defined rural areas.
