Production Time

  • Most of our sleeping bags are made to order.
  • Standard manufacturing time: 3–7 business days.
  • Some special sizes or models may require more time — we will contact you via email if needed.

Pre-Shipment Processing

  • After production, your order is sent to international carrier warehouses through local logistics.
  • This processing takes an additional 3–5 business days before export.

Shipping to EU Countries

  • Orders are shipped to a European warehouse via third-party logistics.
  • Average transit time (customs + delivery): 2–3 weeks.
  • No import taxes or duties for EU customers.
  • Final delivery handled by DHL or DPD.

Shipping to Other Countries

  • Orders are shipped directly from our factory to your destination.
  • Local import duties or taxes may apply depending on national regulations.

Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

  • Most product prices include ECONOMIC shipping by default.
  • Free shipping is automatically applied to orders over $80 USD.
  • Duty-free countries available upon request.
  • Import duties (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.

Priority Shipping

  • Handle time: 2–3 business days.
  • Transit time (Europe & Americas): 5–10 business days.
  • FedEx-defined rural areas: Priority shipping is not supported; we will switch to ECONOMIC shipping and refund the difference.

ECONOMIC Shipping

  • Handle time: 2–3 business days.
  • Transit time: Typically 8–18 business days (varies by country).
  • Example: UK deliveries usually take 5–10 days.
  • Fully trackable shipping.
  • Additional 1–5 days may occur due to sorting at destination hubs after customs clearance.
