Our planet holds an incredible abundance of resources, yet their total amount is constant. Every resource we consume eventually transforms into non-reusable waste — either burned, releasing carbon dioxide into the atmosphere, or buried, polluting the land. Both outcomes intensify the greenhouse effect, impacting every ecosystem we rely on.
Our Scientific Roots
With a background in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology, we’ve spent years studying how the environment changes. Our research revealed that the rate of global temperature change in the past century is 100,000 times faster than before the appearance of humankind — a shocking fact that shaped our entire design philosophy.
Responsible Production
To reduce environmental harm, we made a conscious decision not to use fluorinated water-repellent coatings — chemicals that damage the atmosphere. Instead, we rely on recycled purified water to clean our down materials. Each step of our process is designed to minimize waste, protect the air we breathe, and keep our production as clean as possible.
Recycling for a Circular Future
After witnessing the rapid retreat of glaciers in western China at 3,800 meters above sea level over five years, we decided to act. We launched our Down Recycling Program — a simple, meaningful way for our community to make an impact.
If you have an old down sleeping bag you no longer use, send it to us. We’ll recover and purify the down, refill it into a new sleeping bag shell, and return it to you — you only pay for the shell and labor. This way, the warmth lives on while waste is reduced.
