They are easy to use—you can put them on without taking off your shoes. Since they only cover the legs, they offer excellent breathability, as the crotch area, which requires the most ventilation, remains open. Thanks to their natural structural advantage, warm and humid air can evaporate through the upper opening.
However, it’s important to note that minimalist rain pants are designed to be used with a long raincoat, making them the perfect companion to our ultralight Rain Poncho or Rain Kilt.
The waterproof performance is provided by silicone and PU coatings, so this product does not use fluorides like other rainproof garments. This product is free of PFOA.
